Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you enter:

- the content of your message — for example structure, thickness, bag style, print requirements and target volume;
- your acknowledgement of the terms checkbox.
Information collected automatically. When the form is submitted, our server records the request time, the IP address it came from, and a technical anti-spam score derived from a one-time token issued when the page loaded. We use these only to tell genuine enquiries apart from automated submissions, and to apply rate limiting.
Analytics. Subject to your consent, we use analytics cookies to understand how visitors reach and use this site. See section 6 for how you control this.
We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we do not collect special categories of personal data such as health data, biometrics or political opinions. Please do not send us such information.
3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

- To protect the website from spam and abuse — the anti-spam token and rate limiting described above. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the service available and secure (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To measure and improve the site — aggregated analytics. Legal basis: your consent where required, and otherwise our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(a)/(f)).
- To comply with legal obligations — for example tax and record-keeping requirements that apply to business correspondence (Art. 6(1)(c)).
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate this website and respond to you, and only as far as needed:
- Email service — our business mailbox provider, which delivers and stores messages sent to our published address;
- Hosting and content delivery — our hosting provider, which serves this website;
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4, a Google service, where you have consented to analytics cookies. Google processes that data on our behalf and its own privacy terms apply: policies.google.com/privacy;
- Professional advisers and authorities — where we are legally required to disclose information, or need to in order to establish or defend legal claims.
5. International transfers

Anti-spam metadata that is not linked to a genuine enquiry is discarded as part of our routine rate-limiting cleanup.

We use HTTPS across the site, restrict access to enquiry records to staff who need it, and keep anti-spam and rate-limiting measures in place. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. If a change is material, we will describe it on this page rather than only changing the date.
